Alban Watts Associates meets initially with the client to prepare and ensure all parties understand the brief and the timescales required to complete the consultancy.

Our fee is then based on the result of these discussions, as Alban Watts Associates appreciate budgets are stretched and limited.

We also offer an implementation consultancy and support service, which is costed separately. Whatever the commitment and contribution required after the brief has been agreed, the client will know the cost.
