Alban Watts Associates was established in 1999 to provide project management, organisational review and personnel support services to schools, local government and small and medium enterprises.

Contracts from interim management to management reviews and consultancy and human resources services have been undertaken in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

A recent trend for Alban Watts Associates has been in providing provide human management and resource reviews and services within the charitable and independent school sectors, with the occasional contracts in the state sector, plus our developing expertise with in-house investigations.

Alban Watts Associates is responding to its current workload and increasing enquiries by developing new methods of contracting for specific areas of work and offering long term support in human resource services and information.

Eric Watts OBE, the lead partner, is joined by a strong team of associates drawn from private enterprise, education and local government.

Eric trained and worked in the City of London as an accountant specialising in taxation following university. He later commenced a career in education as a teacher, college lecturer and education officer. His post graduate studies have included project and strategic management and human resources.

Eric has undertaken a number of education and management assignments with international charities, non governmental organisations and United Nations sponsored programmes. In addition he has successfully completed post graduate education programmes in management and human resources. Eric is also a school governor, trustee of several charities and a non executive director of three companies.
